Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping estimation in Checkout is time after the label leaves our building. Final carrier is chosen during checkout process. We provide high quality camping and hiking equipment at direct to customer prices.
United States of America (USA)
Finial shipping of all items via USPS or UPS, which you choose during Checkout. This usually means 1 - 3 business days shipping time (based upon weight and location). Some larger orders may alter this rule. We reserve the right to change shipping options for all order amounts.
The most cost efficient way to ship large orders over 12" x 8" is UPS Ground shipping option in Checkout.

We ship orders to a Canada address, and you are responsible to pay all duty fees on all products. Choosing the UPS shipping option may cause you additional brokerage fees. Small valued orders may require a request for additional shipping cost.
If you choose, items will ship via USPS, then get forwarded to Canada Post. We try to utilize the Priority Shipping or First Class Mail methods whenever possible. Ground method usually means up to 2 weeks shipping time (based upon weight and location). Some larger orders may alter this rule. We reserve the right to change shipping options for all order amounts.

All International Shipping
Our international shipping rates are set based upon weight, order value and box size, you are responsible to pay all duty fees, levy taxes, customs fees, or import fees. Small valued orders may require a request for additional shipping cost.
Items may ship via USPS (if you choose in Checkout), then get forwarded to a local carrier (Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland, France, Italy, Turkey, South Korea etc.). We try to utilize the Priority Shipping method whenever possible. This usually means up to 2 weeks or greater shipping time (based upon weight and location). Some larger orders may alter this rule. Tracking numbers will only work until the package reaches the US border, check local mail carrier website. Choosing UPS shipping option may cause you additional brokerage fees. We reserve the right to change shipping options for all order amounts.

Refunds and Cancellations (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not refund any defective products, we will only exchange it for the exact same product. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Holiday deal and/or discounts of any kind is not eligible for return. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shop Luxe now!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strive to offer the best prices in the industry, so returns are not built into our markup. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (never set up/used indoors or outdoors) and in the same condition that you received it (no dust, hair, grass or dirt). It must also be in the original packaging. We will refuse a refund that breaks these terms and the items will be shipped back at your expense. We can not resell your item used to new customers. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please review our product Warranty.
Sale items (if applicable)
You can not return a holiday deal offer. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded (once received).
Exchanges (if applicable)

Forwarded Item, Pre-Order or Reserved Payment, and Shipping
Forwarded item (second warehouse), Pre-Order or Reserved. Customer will be notified once the package arrives to final carrier for shipment. Be sure to review our Terms and Conditions. Let us know how you would like to proceed at anytime.
The estimated shipping date for Forwarded, Pre-Order or Reserved Products will be stated on each product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and we do not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. May be forwarded from second warehouse. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Luxe Hiking Gear LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order or Reserved was received. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
